Returns Policy

Quality Guarantee: Namorin offers a 30-day quality guarantee for items that are damaged or faulty upon arrival. If you receive a defective item, you are eligible to return it for a refund, replacement, or exchange. Please initiate your return request through our contact portal within 30 days of the delivery date. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

Non-Quality Related Returns: For returns not related to item quality—such as change of mind, incorrect size, or color choice—we offer exchanges for a different size or color within 7 days of the order delivery date. Please contact us for the return address and detailed instructions on the exchange process.

  • Items must be returned unwashed, unworn, unused, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Exchanges can only be made for items of the same or lower value.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item is confirmed as faulty by our team.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3-7 business days. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Reserved Rights Regarding Returns

Namorin reserves the right to define, limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:

  • An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of “wardrobing.”
  • Returns involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items.
  • Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
Cancellations and Changes

We understand that you may need to cancel or change your order. To accommodate these requests, we adhere to the following policy:

  • Cancellations: To cancel your order without incurring any fees, please contact us within 6 hours of placing your order.
  • Changes: If you need to make changes to your order, please reach out to us within 24 hours of your successful payment.

After these timeframes, we cannot guarantee changes can be made without charge. We process orders quickly to ensure your on-time package arrival.
